As you know, I often lament about the struggle that is finding a half decent makeup remover that meets my standards. I am very picky, and my liquid eyeliner is very stubborn. So you can imagine how quickly I jumped at the chance to test out these babies.
First, let me talk about my initial reaction. The texture was nice, but I was a bit hesitant because they aren't very wet like most makeup wipes. They also smelled really good, which was a bonus. Also, they are natural and help to conserve water, since you don't need to wash your face after. So from the get go, good impression.

Then I got to take them for a spin. I am a girl who varies on the amount of makeup I wear. Some days it's the bare minimum, others I use just about every product I own. So I need something that is versatile: heavy duty enough to get everything off, but not harsh on almost bare skin. These wipes really hit the nail on the head. They take off all of the makeup residue and leave you feeling squeaky clean. Now, of course if you're wearing waterproof mascara or a crap ton of eyeshadow you're going to have to scrub a little to make sure you get it all. But the importance here is that these wipes will get it off. I've had other wipes where I will stand there scrubbing at my eyeballs until I think I'll rub them clean off trying to get off my mascara and then after I wash my face I have a nice little halo of sludge under my eyes. Probably one of the most frustrating things a girl can encounter. This has happened to me on occasion with the Neutrogena wipes, but mostly because I was being lazy. Also, the fact that they are not super damp did not make a difference here. They were plenty wet to easily slide on your face and give you that fresh, clean feeling.
